Mackenzie Mohr

Having been born and raised on his family’s farm in the rural area outside of Kitchener-Waterloo, Mackenzie has remained closely tied with this community and is proud to provide his services in Business and Commercial Law, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate to this community that Mackenzie continues to call home.

Mackenzie brings a grounded, practical approach to the law, and his rural roots give him a unique perspective when working with clients in agriculture and other local industries. Whether helping families plan their estates, advising small business owners, or guiding clients through real estate transactions, Mackenzie focuses on clear communication and practical solutions.

Mackenzie’s Business and Commercial practice spans small business owners to established businesses and large industry players where he advises and assists his clients of all sizes with everything from share and asset transactions, complex corporate and tax-planning structures and needs, to clients’ ongoing legal and contract needs for their businesses. Mackenzie’s unique perspective and experience allow him to deliver strategic and practical solutions in a way that ensures his clients make informed decisions for their businesses.

With his keen attention to detail and client-centred approach, Mackenzie drafts wills, powers of attorney, and estate plans that reflect each client’s goals and values, helping families and individuals understand the important decisions and factors involved in this process in order to preserve wealth and reduce uncertainty for future generations.

Finally, from agricultural land transfers to residential and commercial sales, Mackenzie and his real estate team guide clients through every step of their real estate transactions, addressing title issues, financing arrangements, and survey or boundary issues to secure smooth closings.
